Arc Raiders Trial Strategy and Cache Loot | U4GM

By August 1, 2026No Comments

Hurricane runs in ARC Raiders reward fast decisions far more than memorizing a giant list of pins. First Wave Caches can appear around established Raider Cache areas, but no single point is guaranteed in every deployment. That uncertainty makes ARC Raiders BluePrints and high-tier materials feel much more valuable when you find them early, especially when other Raiders are sweeping the same routes. Your goal is to clear nearby clusters, protect the loot you have, and leave before a profitable run turns into a costly fight.

How Hurricane Cache Searches Work in ARC Raiders

Hurricane conditions affect outdoor maps, while Stella Montis does not use these cache routes because its playable areas are indoors. First Wave Caches use a pool of possible Raider Cache locations, so treat every marker as a search zone rather than an exact container position. A cache may be behind rubble, beside a service road, below a ridge, or tucked against an outer wall.

Sound is your best tool. The cache produces a repeating electrical hum that can cut through the storm when you stop moving for a few seconds. Don’t spend too long visually checking every piece of debris; listen, make a short sweep, and continue if the signal never becomes clearer.

Practical Cache Hunting Habits

Start with the closest connected cluster instead of sprinting toward a famous location across the map.
Move with the wind or across it when possible, because long pushes into heavy wind waste time and stamina.
Approach opened caches and test the interaction prompt, since a search may still count toward an active objective.
Set an extraction rule before deployment, such as a full inventory, several cache searches, or a valuable blueprint.
Leave empty areas quickly, because an absent cache point is less costly than missing three nearby possibilities.

Best Map Routes for First Wave Caches

Dam Battlegrounds is usually the easiest map for efficient multi-zone runs. Testing Annex, Water Treatment, Hydroponic Dome, and Power Generation Complex can form a practical chain without forcing repeated travel through the middle. Northern starts can instead link Controlled Access Zone, Red Lakes, and Electrical Substation.

Buried City has strong density but demands better route awareness. Church Ruins, the Pharmacy corridor, Library, Piazza Roma, Hospital, and Dune’s End are useful landmarks, yet walls and elevation can make a nearby audio cue deceptively difficult to reach. Keep searches focused on exterior paths, courtyards, and rubble edges.

Safer Options on Blue Gate and Spaceport

Blue Gate works well for shorter rotations through Olive Grove, Pilgrim’s Peak, Raider’s Refuge, Ancient Fort, and The Checkpoint. Vegetation hides containers, so slow down near terrain dips. On Spaceport, prioritize connected industrial groups such as Staff Parking and Maintenance Hangar, or Fuel Lines and Fuel Processing. Crossing open ground for one isolated possibility rarely pays off.

Protecting Trial Progress and Valuable Loot

Cache searches only matter when you successfully extract. Avoid fights that don’t secure your route, and don’t chase a final distant point after collecting valuable resources. In my opinion, a compact two-zone run with a clean exit beats a long circuit that leaves your inventory and Trial progress behind.

For efficient ARC Raiders farming, use known cache clusters as flexible routes rather than fixed promises, then extract through nearby cover after securing what matters. Players who need extra crafting resources or buy ARC Items should still prioritize safe exits, because the best cache route is the one that gets your loot home.
